USA Nails

Disappointment is an understatement. Got my nails done for my WEDDING, and this is how they look 24 hours after getting them. Obviously I don’t have time to just drive 30 mins one way to get them fixed the day of my wedding, so I guess I spent $85 to have my nails look like shit for my wedding. She didn’t take her time at all. I’ll go to one of the other 12 places in town

Friend and I went in for pedicures after work. One other client at the manicure table otherwise nobody there. Tell me why Crystal RUSHED the entire pedicure! My feet were in the water for maybe 30 sec TOTAL! she instantly started in going as fast as she could. I asked for light purple big toe and silver glitter for the rest. She put MAYBE two coats on each nail and no silver base or anything for the glitter nails. Had to argue with her so much to add more layers. Can still see how thin the purple nails are. She also over cut my big toes to lead towards ingrown nails and undercut all my other toes. They already need trimmed down because she hardly touched them. I got intense pain yesterday and realized there was a very sharp jagged piece of my big nail already stabbing into the side. I barely got an exfoliation of the foot. I got slathered in lotion to the point that my foot was sliding so badly in my shoes and I had to start rubbing in the lotion to other parts of my body because there was so much. I will never be back! I'm shocked this place has such high reviews for the area! My friend came with me and she was cut numerous times to the point of bleeding and they repeatedly sprayed her with alcohol causing intense pain for her. I've never not tipped for a nail service so this was a first for me. Crystal was more concerned about her phone and relaxing than doing her job. No tip for you!

Very warm atmosphere and the owner is a doll! Linda did what I would consider the best nails I have ever gotten. She is wonderful and very talented. Highly recommend!

$30 for regular nail polish! I just got out of the salon 20 minutes ago, looking in the daylight. It’s bubbled and coming up. She didn’t take me to a manicure table either, she just had me bend over while giving me a pedicure. She cut my nails, clipped them. Clipped 3 cuticles, filed once and polished. Pedicure 40 almost the same treatment. Not worth it!!

With the company being under new ownership I've had nothing but problems with the nails I received! The first set every other nails paint was lifting the 2nd set they put the Acrylic on so thin that the nail snapped off and then I have another one that has a crack in it! They only last 10 days!! For 65 DOLLARS!
