My overgrown mop was in need of a unique style. Kira refreshed my entire vibe with a seriously SHARP razor cut. The shop has a colorful, fun flare I absolutely loved! Caitlin did a GREAT job on cleaning up my eyebrows to complete my new look today! I can’t wait to try a nail service or even the pedicures or facials also offered in this easy to find spot! 20/10 DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Wish I could recommend them but I can't. They seriously damaged my real nails and most importantly gave absolutely awful customer service. The nails did look nice but won't last even a full month. The real issue was that the owner said that I could remove them on my own and I bought some acetone from her. I soaked them initially in the foil then another three hours and used the wooden tool she suggested. The nails got soft but as I scraped them off, layers of my real nails came off with them. I was not upset I just asked to move my appointment to the following week so they could have some time to heal. She sent me a novel of a text about how I messed up my own nails and that she would be keeping my deposit in spite of more than 24 hours notice. It's shocking how poorly she treats her customers. I would never ever consider going back to this location.

Walking into Swanky Talons, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I’ve been let down by so many salons over the years, and I’ve just kind of gotten used to being disappointed. But not this time. Within seconds of opening the door, I felt like I had found my people. The vibe was warm, welcoming, and just full of good energy. I instantly felt at ease - and that NEVER happens to me in salons. I came in for a brow wax + tint and a gel manicure (both long overdue), and ended up adding a facial because I felt so comfortable. And let me just say everything was amazing. Caitlin completely saved my nails. They were short, sad, and buried under cuticles, and somehow she brought them back to life. My brows look great, my face feels incredible, and for the first time in years, I walked out of a salon actually loving everything I got done. I travel full-time and have had services in 9 different states, and this is the first time I’ve been truly happy. So much so, I booked a second appointment before I even left. If you’re looking for a place where you can relax, be yourself, and be taken care of by someone who genuinely loves what they do, I can’t recommend Swanky Talons enough. Caitlin is a gem and this place is a whole vibe.

I loved my first time going to Swanky Talons and adored Kira! The whole shop and experience was just what you want when you go get your nails done. A clean, welcoming shop playing some fun music so it was a vibe the whole time I was there. All the girls there were so sweet to me and greeted me. My nails came out AMAZING! Kira did a freestyle full Gel-X set on me. All I did was give her a color scheme and she did her thing! I’ve already booked myself up for the next 3 months and will be going back this weekend to get my eyebrows done by Caitlin. I’ve found my people and I can’t wait to continue to be a client of theirs 😊

I went to a few other salons after my husband and I had a miscarrige the end of March. My gels and dipped nails lasted 3-5 days TOPS before separating and chipping. These previous salons made me feel like it was my fault and said I "just wanted Manis for FREE." Caitlin is AMAZING my nails are still chip and separation free after a week and a half. I'll have to work Swanky Talons into our budget going forward, great atmosphere and you know all equipment is actually clean. Photos attached are my 3 day old gels that were peeling and chipping and my 1.5 week old gels Caitlin did that still looking fabulous after almost 2 weeks.
