Royalty Nail Spa & Lounge

I had a disappointing experience at Royalty Nails. The salon lacks a welcoming aesthetic, and the back room behind the blue curtain is extremely cluttered and disorganized, which did not set a professional tone. The limited color selection was also underwhelming, and many of the polish bottles had polish all over them, giving a messy and unhygienic impression. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment but was not taken for more than 25 minutes after my scheduled time. It was clear they had overbooked themselves and did not prioritize clients with appointments. When I mentioned to the owner that I couldn’t wait any longer due to work, I was met with no apology—instead, I received a snappy response. The owner made a scene in front of the entire salon, and both clients and staff joined in, creating a very uncomfortable situation. I did not feel welcomed or treated kindly at this salon. While other clients seemed to receive a warm and positive attitude, I did not experience the same. Money is money, and every client deserves respect and fair treatment regardless of their background. I was also not offered the complimentary beverage service as advertised on their website—not even a simple glass of water. Furthermore, if the salon charges a $25 fee for clients who are 15 minutes late, it’s only fair to wonder if I would have been compensated for waiting well beyond my appointment time. I highly doubt it. Overall, my visit to Royalty Nails was unprofessional and unpleasant. I cannot recommend this salon if you are looking for quality service and a friendly, respectful environment.

Such a bright, clean, and welcoming place! My first time getting acrylics was in October, and Deja was amazing. She was so kind and answered all of my random questions as a newbie :) she is a perfectionist and both manicures I’ve had so far have lasted ages. Can’t wait to go back and treat myself

This is my second time seeing Deja. She has excellent attention to detail. The salon as a whole is incredibly professional, welcoming, and clean! Deja fit me in as a walk in and did an amazing job! Best manicure I’ve ever had, will definitely go back!

They got a lot of money out of me, but I also didn't have to tip them. Anyway, I went to them, made a call last minute and they slid me in. They were so nice and pleasant. I was able to get my nails done for my birthday last year, by them. I got the gel X almond shaped nails.

Literally my favorite place! It was so hard choosing an initial stylist cause they ALL raw but I chose Jada and thank God i did!!! Definitely kills it every time, I'm on my 8th set with her. Highly recommend. Plus, they do full luxurious pedis so you don't have to split your money between a POC for a mani and then a not for a pedi. SPEND BLACK!!
