Golden Nails

This nail salon is top notch. I have been to many nail salons in the mid ohio valley and the staff here are family oriented, attentive, and knowledgeable. They care about their clients and their wants and always ask if you like it before they it the final touches on. Highly recommend and very reasonable priced compared to other nail salons.

Horrible experience- I wanted matte black & was told right off it’d be $5 extra- and I said of course it is, it’s fine- the nail tech said nothing in life is free & I should have walked out then- I had a bad feeling after that. There was polish left on my skin even after I mentioned to nail technician- and I was told no one would notice & it would wear off!!! Like seriously?! I thgt I had an ingrown toe nail & another technician (I believe it was the owner) came over to see & if so she would remove it, it ended up that I did not have one but she did an amazing job. Afterwards the previous technician came back over & painted my nails & she kept trying to remove the excess polish w/her thumbnail-and it just happened to be the same toe that was hurting me earlier- by digging it into the side of my nail bed. It is still throbbing! The main technician was told more than three times about that area being sensitive- I had had the best experience here just a few months back & drove back here more than 45 mins, but this visit was one of the worst unfortunately- the owners are really great, but i went here to relax- not to be tortured w/water that was way too hot - a hot scalding towel & to have someone jab their thumb nail in the side of the big toe- and yes the technician was told & idk if she could not hear me due to her AirPod being in her ear or what?! This was awful!!! The whole pedicure looks absolutely horrible & the experience was just awful. I work so hard & just wanted to pamper myself alil & this cost me a lot of $$$!!! I’m just super disappointed ☹️

Edit: I came back in to get my nails done for my sister’s wedding for next week. Ivy squeezed me in last minute! The color didn’t match my dress, so she allowed me to come back in and get a different color at no additional charge. Everyone is so friendly. Also, her son is a barber at the shop so check him out as well! Love Golden Nails so much and won’t go to anyone else!! ❤️❤️💅🏼💅🏼 I was very impressed with my visit to Golden Nails in Vienna! They are under new management. Ivy did my nail art and Kathy did my pedicure. Both ladies were very professional and friendly. I asked for a simple floral pattern on my ring fingers and Ivy gave me exactly what I wanted! Amazing job and highly recommend 💜 (They also offer eyebrow waxes)

the environment is amazing, everyone is so sweet and welcoming! Vivian Tran does the best work hands down!!! she also doesn’t charge and arm and a leg to have your nails done she’s very reasonable about her prices.

Went into Golden Nails today and Ivy did my nails. So professional and courteous! The Salon was super clean and she was so nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back! The best nail salon in the area! She cares about you and how you feel after your nails are done! And makes sure you like them before you leave!!
