Nail Box & Spa

Came in and got a full set yesterday for my birthday, they did a decent job but charge outrageous. Came in today to get a pedicure and my feet have now been soaking for 1 hour. After 30 minutes of soaking, they were about to start my pedicure when they got flooded with customers. A customer came in after me and was served before me. As she is getting her pedicure next to me done. I'm still waiting and my feet are still soaking. Very disappointing. Came here for a birthday relaxation and only wasted Mt time. Won't be back.

My experiences at this salon have been nothing but wonderful every single appointment that I have had in the last 2 years. Truly. The owner, Tom and his wife are so kind and they do such a beautiful job. The two new nail techs, T and Wendy took care of my pedicure & manicure today and I am so happy and grateful. I highly recommend them. My nails look lovely. I encourage you to take your business here!!!

Took very good care of me made sure I didn’t need anything the entire appointment! Made sure to keep my appointment even though I was a bit late! Took extra care of my cuticle area as I had a few cuts prior to my appointment! I absolutely love my nails thank you Tom you officially have a new client!!

Definitely won’t be going back.. all three times I’ve been here they popped off within a week, this last time I went back had to get three fixed within 4 days of getting them done, then 2 days after that the rest started lifting not to mention half of them wasn’t even fully down to the cuticle so they look way out grown within the first week.. definitely wouldn’t recommend. They turned out cute but not worth what you gotta pay to have them pop off in a week 😳..

Tom stayed at the very end of his shift & did amazing work! He was not rushed & took his time. Him & his wife were both very sweet & caring. My nails turned out exactly like I wanted & I will definitely be returning. Thanks again Tom!!! ☺️
