2025-09-22My daughter's went in to get their nails done. My oldest nails looked great! No complains there. The part that shocked me was that my youngest didnt like her nails. They asked her at the end if she liked her nails, she said no and explained of the lenght to them and im guessing they shut her down. Because she explained to me the color, lenght and a few nails were crooked. So my wife talked to the owner on speaker phone and asked what was the prices to redo, walk away with the nails she didnt like or take them off. So..redo $115. Walk away with the ones she doesnt like $45 and to take them off. The owner agreed no charge. They charged her $100 to take them off!! $100!!!! Where is this charge coming from...how was this added up?? My wife called her back furious and the owner stated it was due to wasted product and time?!?! No maam!! Should my daughter have spoken up before hand. Yes. But I give her benefit... she's a young child in middle school that went for the first time out without an adult and was trying to "trust" the process of adults, while not knowing the process of nails/business. To me...this was adults trying to get over on children. Yes...we got our money back. But shame on this business owner!

2025-11-05My daughter and I got our nails done today. 2nd time for me. 1st time for her. Nails look great. Both nail technicians did an amazing job. Only issue is… One nail tech have nothing to do. They’re sitting around on their phones. And even in the process of my nails being done, my nail technician was on her phone. But other than that nails were absolutely gorgeous. Thank you so very much
