2025-02-15I had a fantastic experience with Head Quarters Salon and Spa recently. I went there because of a "hair emergency." I received one of the worst haircuts and most traumatic experiences getting a haircut in my entire adult life from a terrible salon in Independence. But my assigned stylist Cindy addressed the error and repaired the damage. She renewed my trust in stylists and hair salons. I will not stray elsewhere going forward. This Aveda Salon is lovely; staff, like Danielle, are super nice and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable.

2023-04-14I did a really big chop, and Lynn was absolutely incredible. I showed her what I wanted, neither her nor the receptionist that got me water asked, "Are you sure?" And it's the best haircut I've ever received!

2024-11-29Nice interior, a bit pricey. Wasn't thrilled with the cut, The stylist decided to use these stupid thinning sheers at the end and ripped into it. I've had nothing but problems since.😡

2011-04-08I have been to every stylist there. I have loved every visit. The salon is beautiful and upscale. I have had facials, massages, manicures and pedicures as well. The spa is gorgeous and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They greet you with smiling faces and offer free beverages. I can't wait for my next visit!
