Made another appointment for me and my DIL for nails and pedi's. Experience was amazing for both. Had an enjoyable time. All 4 technicians took their time and listened to what we wanted. I had Tracy as my nail technician. She is the absolute best. Asked for a minor trim for the length and she delivered. As for ballarina shaped nails and she delivered. Asked for a design for 4th of July and showed her an example. The design was 150% better than the example I showed her. She exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Tracy and the ladies that do pedi's. Highly satisfied customer!! Will definitely return! Keep up the amazing work! Great customer service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 1. Made an appointment thinking I would have the technician I had last time. Nope. Asked for slightly shorter and ballarina shaped. Did I get what I asked for. NO! One nail cut so much shorter than the rest and not ballarina shaped. Excessive acrylic left on my skin too. The technician filed my nails after they were curred taking off polish. Is it that hard to do what the customer asks. Not happy or satisfied with this visit. This visit gets a 1 🌟. 2. Great visit. Technician was a man. Cut to the correct length and ballarina shaped. This visit 5 🌟. 3. Tried to book a nail appointment online but couldn't. Did you take it down? 1 🌟 2. Tracy is the greatest!! Always delightful and does what I ask. 5 🌟.

2025-04-02Worst mani ever!! The first pic with the white polish was a new full set done by one of the manicurists. She did an awful job, so I naturally complained. The owner/manager offered to fix it, and still not pleased with the finished product...$80 later. Both pics were taken the day of.. they look like they were grown out for a week!!
