I haven't been able to come in for quite a while, and he remembered who I was. My nails and toes looked beautiful, and I always feel pampered and relaxed when I walk out the door. 2025-08-31My teenager went to Bella Nails for her first ever nail appointment while I was at work. She said her nail tech was aggressive and made her feel very uncomfortable. She said he was hurting her hands and chastising her for being nervous. Her cuticles look awful, she was cut by the dremel, the acrylic is uneven and bumpy. Then he proceeded to charge her $93 for these awful nails. We will never go back. This is shameful if this is how they treat teenagers.
