Wait was a little long due to me not making an appointment. They worked me quickly in and took good care of my foot that I had surgery on 3 months ago. Nice and relaxing environment. I didn't feel rushed to get the next. Customer they pay close attention to your needs

Let me start by saying that the two stars it's not for a bad service it just wasn't a good service. My purpose of pedicure is more for relaxation and for areas of my feet to be done as far as the nail folds getting attention and that didn't happen. He started on my feet at 11: 45 by 11:54 he was done with my feet and giving the massage which was laxidasy. Now that I did get the basic pedicure and they had different levels but a lady had came in after me and I watched her do the same steps while I was drying my feet which I did not sit 10 minutes for her service was almost over as well. At these prices $35 and up they need to be a more focal point on what type of service someone's getting done not with product you're going to put on them to upsell the service but maybe ask detailed questions with the client is looking for in that service they're having done because honestly I could have polished my feet at home and that's what I felt like I got.

Palace Nails Bar is under new ownership--and it shows. The salon is spotless, the staff members are friendly, and the service is excellent. I'm just a traditional mani-pedi person, so I can only share my experiences as they relate to those services. I really appreciated the massage portion of the mani and pedi (so many salons forgo this essential service). I was able to relax and float away for a bit, which was really nice. I'd been to Palace during its previous ownership and I was not a fan. The new owner, Be, has made me a convert already. She and her team are absolutely warm and lovely. I'll be back regularly.

I’ve been going here since October and when I say I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve been looking for salons that don’t burn your skin when they file your acrylic nails down on the sides and I found just the place. I love the staff especially Bebe. You have a customer for life ❤️

B was amazing!!! They just arrived last week and are doing a fantastic job running the place! She was so quick and loved chatting with me, I will be back next month!! :)
