Coastal Massage & Spa

Massage was amazing. Booked for four people and they were all amazing. I would however not consider this a spa but rather an express massage center. There is no pre-massage relaxation - to help you unwind and transition into a state of calm before the massage begins. You will walk fully clothed to your massage room from your car.

Great experience, specifically with Jlicca. She paid attention to the details, the things I liked and especially my tension spots. I appreciate her thoroughness and care for the client experience as a whole. Would recommend and thanks again! PSA..10/10 Relaxation room that you can go to after your appointment to really get ready to…unfortunately…leave that serene place. Nice touch so you aren’t just walking outside into the elements and can “gather yourself” before you leave.

I’ve been here many times and have always had a wonderful experience. A few weeks ago, I had a massage scheduled, but about 30 minutes beforehand my grandfather had a medical emergency and I had to call to cancel at the last minute (he has recovered, thankfully). They were so understanding and didn’t even charge me a fee—though I absolutely would have understood if they had. The staff here are truly lovely and compassionate. I will never go anywhere else in Wilmington!

WOW! Not only are the massages here amazing, but the staff is outstanding. I was here a few years back, but I was looking to book another much-needed massage, but had some questions. This evening, I called and spoke to Grace, who was amazing and went above and beyond to answer all the questions that I had. She was very informative, friendly, caring, and resolved the issue I was having. I can't recommend this place enough. It's truly the best spot in Wilmington, and they have a forever client in me and my parents. Other companies could learn a thing or two about customer service from this team. Great work, Coastal Massage, and again, shout out to Grace for being so awesome and helpful.

I found the reception staff to be knowledgeable and friendly. The location is very well decorated and inviting. It provides an atmosphere conducive to relaxation. I did not have to wait long for my scheduled appointment. My therapist, Mona, gave me a clear overview at the beginning of our session so I would know what to expect, and established rapport. The massage was fantastic, not too much pressure. Mona seems to have a lot of expertise. I recommend the Coastal Spa, and especially Mona. I chose the “Heart?” Package and was very satisfied with the results.
