They were all very nice from hello til see you later. I love my nails! The first time I’ve done a theme on my nails. 2/18/23 i went back for round two and got a celestial art version and I love it! Once again —Martha is on point. I tried to leave a seperate review for the visit on 2/18/23, but my phone did not show an option but i give it another 5 stars. Friendly clean and consistent. St Patrick’s Day theme done 3/3/23-luv it. Service was great and 5 stars if my phone would let do a separate review.

Really enjoyed my experience and officially became a member. Lucy was wonderful and gave me the exact nail shape and length that I requested. Being a Spa director myself I was very impressed with franchise safety practices and cleanliness. The only thing I can complain about is the CBD massages. Not Lucy‘s fault at all just not a really good product on hand.

I went to Frenchies to try to transition to a healthier nail experience. Everyone was friendly and the space was clean. However the tech filed off my gel polish, nicking the skin on 7 of my 10 fingers. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got home and my fingers stung whenever I washed my hands or bumped them on anything. Two of them have become increasingly inflamed. The manicure I received with the dazzle dry polish was also quite dull compared to what I expected. I don't think that was the tech's fault. It just can't compare to less healthy options, though Frenchies will likely tell you it does. Even my friends who are used to seeing me with pretty nails told me that they looked bad. That said, I'm not someone who usually demands refunds, but when I was still in pain days later I called to ask for one. I was told they have a no-refunds policy and the best they could do was give me a $40 credit, even though I spent $90. I have no plans to return to Frenchies after this experience so that's not helpful to me. They didn't offer any other recourse so I'm here to warn others. I wouldn't recommend going there to anyone.

Today was my 2nd visit to the salon. I love that it doesn't smell like polish & chemicals in there! I watched them at both visits vigorously clean the Pedi tubs after each client. Everyone is so friendly & helpful. The nail solutions they offer are refreshing and seem healthier. Daneasha is FANTASTIC and has so much attention to detail! I love the membership option as well! Definitely recommend!

I made an appointment for myself and my friend, we were so happy they could accommodate us at the same time. They had a change in their Saturday schedule and Dawn communicated that to us and we were able to secure an earlier time. I appreciated the clear communication. That means so much. Sequoya and Danesha are ROCK STARS! They embodied patience and creativity and provided us with a true wellness experience. Our self care Saturday allowed us to relax and be pampered. We’re already planning our return visit.
