Pro Nails & Day Spa

Update: day 2 and the color fell off and my toe has still not healed. I had a very bad experience at this salon. Not only was the service of very poor quality, but the guy doing my pedicure cut both of my big toes. My right toe would not stop bleeding and the front desk assistant had to get a powder to put on it to stop the blood. The application of the color is horrible (please see the pictures). I asked him to fix it multiple times and he only responded telling me “it’s ok”. I paid $55 for this service which included a 4 minute massage, which I did not receive. Everyone around me was offered something to drink except me. Terrible experience, I do not recommend visiting this salon.

Enjoyed the service. Kevin did an awesome job with my nails. He made a suggestion of how I should do my nails and it turned out great. My pedicure was amazing. Down to sugar scrub and the best care process ever. Massage was lovely

Ken has been doing my nails and toes since the day they opened. I have never been disappointed! He is kind hearted and so is all his staff and His wife Kelly also. They have been such a big part of the community for a while now. The new shop is amazing and very modern and sleek. The music choice is awesome. Love coming here. Please support their business and give them a shot!!!!

The atmosphere of this place is beautiful. Very neat and clean..I was greeted and felt welcomed soon as I open the door.. There was no crowd. I was seated as soon as I got in which was a plus. They had a Nice variety of colors and scrubs... I did have a small (10 minutes)wait for someone to come do my pedicure but I was patient.. overall I will come back the service was excellent. Ask for Andy she's amazing ❗

First off let me say if I could give it 0 stars I would!!! I wanted to try something new I came across this nail salon with very good reviews.. DONT believe the hype. When you first walk in there’s a sign with $5 off service for a google review and that’s why they got so many reviews. Me & my mom came at 10:30am was told it will be a little over a hour wait. I told the receptionists that’s fine we will go get something to eat came back about 11:50 the receptionists said 25 more mins so I said cool we will be outside..within 5 mins she came outside and said it will be another hour I kindly asked why she said the 2 ladies that walked in at 11:55 had came in yesterday and was not seen so they came in at 11:55 and now she wants to take them in since they came the day before!!! This is very unprofessional && I don’t recommend anybody else to come here . I did see a review similar to mine before I went but everybody experience is different so I said let me try it because it was a lot of good reviews I was totally wrong!
