VIP nail spa

I don’t know if it is just a Texas thing but when I went in and asked for nexgen he thought I meant a full set. Got seated right away then he started pulling out tips and I immediately stopped him. He asked what I wanted rudely and I stated nexgen again which he had no clue what that was. Finally said I wanted dipped and he said oh I don’t know how to do that so they moved me to another station. Now mind you have had my nails done at least once a month if not more depending on growth so I have high expectations. He started and everything was fine until he started working on my cuticles. He cut my thumb to the point it bled most of the time and of course the stuff they use burns. As he was applying the dip powder it was very uneven and not smooth. I get with glitter there’s issues with being smooth until they smooth it out. I did two colors which he almost messed up on when applying the dip. When all was said and done they look okay but I noticed that I was cut twice. I’m visiting Wilson and just wanted to do something for myself but I will not come back the next time I am out here. I was never offered a discount and really wasn’t apologized for the cuts. Also the communication between the nail tech and myself was just mostly hand signals.

Went in with no wait time and it was gorgeous inside! The guy in the red apron was amazing and he was the best part of the experience. The lady doing my nails went away frequently and kinda rushed through my nails (wasnt busy at all) and didn’t really communicate just tapped my hands. Dipped my nails in the powder and coated it so much it looks like I have bulky press ons! Cuticles are slanted and messed up aswell as my actual nails :(.

This is my favorite place. After all the years of searching for a reliable, clean & friendly place. VIP Nail spa is it. No matter who I get or when I come, the quality of work & care is always the same. Today, I had an impromptu visit with my child and they welcomed us like family. Not only are the employees top tier but the services they offer are as well. I highly recommend to everyone I meet. Thank you Henry, Zuni, Tina & everyone else at VIP Nail Spa, you all are the best!

Henry and Zuni are the best. They always provide quality when we get our nails done. My daughter and I couldn't be more happier. I recommend VIP Nails, because the vibe is so peaceful and laid back. In the past I typically only got my nails done for special occasions, but I have been going back regularly. The environment is so chill, the service is great, and they pay great attention to detail. Zuni has shown me and my daughter that she is able to replicate any nail design. We showed her pictures of what we wanted and she made it happen. We are so pleased. Thank you Zuni and Henry for delivering awesome.

This is my 1st place I ever came to to get a pedicure so I can't compare it to other places....but I get good vibes from them, they treat you like royalty here....I just need to come more often, A+
