I have not had a manicure in years but decided on a whim to treat myself today. It was such a pleasure start to finish. I was greeted warmly, immediately seated at my station, and was given a beautiful gel manicure. The place was beautiful and tranquil, too. I'll be back for sure!

I have been going to this salon for over 8 years and have always had wonderful experiences….up until the past few visits. This last visit was especially disappointing and upsetting. My mother and I came in two hours before closing to enjoy a relaxing service together. Everything started off great. Our technicians were kind, attentive, and doing a wonderful job. However, toward the end of our appointment, another large group walked in, and the front desk receptionist came rushing over to our technicians, telling them they needed to move to the other chairs to start on the new clients. She was crossing her arms and rolling her eyes and hurrying along the tech. It felt like our experience suddenly didn’t matter as if finishing properly wasn’t a priority once new customers came in. I was extremely upset when the receptionist tried to pull my mom’s technician away before her pedicure was even finished. I told her absolutely not she was going to finish the service she started. The receptionist tried to brush it off, saying “we all paint each other’s feet,” but that is not the quality or care I’ve come to expect after years of loyalty to this salon. We were paying top dollar for a relaxing experience, not to be rushed through like an inconvenience. It was frustrating and embarrassing. I nearly caused a scene because I was so upset with how dismissive and unprofessional the situation was handled. After years of being a loyal customer, it’s disappointing to feel like the focus is now more on squeezing in extra clients than providing the excellent service that used to make this place special.
