I’ve been going to this salon for a while and never had any complaints, but this last visit was really disappointing. I did pedicure and manicure. My complaint is on the manicure. I did a refill and it was good Tommy does his work well, however another lady had to apply the gel polish on me for reasons I don’t understand. Unfortunately, she applied the polish thick and uneven. I mentioned it to her during the process, but maybe she didn’t understand me and just kept going. When I went back to politely express my concern, the other lady looked right at me and said the nails looked normal to her and that there was nothing wrong whatsoever even though they aren’t smooth at all and all bumpy. I honestly feel bad for writing this review because I’ve always had good experiences here in the past and really liked coming to this salon. But this visit and the way my concern was handled left me very disappointed. I hope they take this as feedback to improve, because I’ve always appreciated their work before.

I normally don’t write reviews but I just wanted this to be a warning to anyone who may visit this salon or any salon. I’ve been getting my nails done since I was probably around 11 or 12 years old, and I have never experienced this in my life. I hadn’t been getting my nails done at the salon pretty much all Summer but it was becoming too time consuming doing my own nails so I decided to give the salon another try. Whenever I would get my nails done previously, I would go to a specific salon in Raleigh, but I decided to try a salon closer to my hometown since I am in the area frequently. The salon had great reviews. When I went to the salon, I asked if they did powder french tip and the guy that did my nails said he could try but we ultimately decided to do the ombre look because it was easier for the nail tech to complete. The ombre turned out great so I was happy. Fast forward to recently. I got about 3 fill ins and I was going to take my nails off this last time to give my nails time to breathe and to my surprise I had fungus on my natural nails. I’ve gotten full sets and multiple fill ins before, I am a very clean person, and I do not smoke or engage in other recreational activities, that would cause my nails to look this way, so I was totally taken back at the amount of bacteria that was under my acrylic set. This has never happened to me before and now I have to treat my nails and bring them back to good health. I’m not sure if there were unsanitary instruments used or improper acrylic application, but this is very unacceptable. I hope this helps someone and I probably will not be back to another salon for a while; if ever.

I chose this place because of their ratings and l was NOT disappointed. So I was a walk in, and I had to wait a little bit in the lobby area before I was taken back. But it was definitely worth the way. They actually gave my feet time to soak in hot water instead of just putting them in and pulling them right out. My tech was amazing and friendly. She did a phenomenal job. I don't remember her name that I am posting a picture, so you'll be able to see her.

First time coming here, 30 minute drive well worth it, Honestly all I can say is WOW! WOW! From the service to the nail artists just WOW!, I suffer from chronic pain and Kim gave me a foot massage that sent waves of relief from toes to head not exaggerating. You don't realize how much pain you are in until you feel relief, God bless her and her work she's amazing. The way they work as a team to keep the service flowing and cut the wait time is amazing. I just got my service done, not only they did what I asked for, it was much better ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I love this nail salon. Each person takes their time regardless of how busy the salon is. My nails are gorgeous, pedicure on point and I always leave a satisfied customer. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.
