Garden Day Spa and Salon

This is my new favorite spa! Finally got an appointment :) Today I had a great experience with Heather. I got a Blend of Massage Therapy, Neural Reset Therapy and Muscle Tuning for 60 minutes and it was the best massage I’ve ever gotten. Heather is seriously skilled, patient and caring. I will be coming back here. The atmosphere here is astonishing. So beautifully decorated, and I love the interior/exterior colors! This is basically an upper scale spa, BUT you definitely get your monies worth!!

Owner is very, very rude and condescending. Cards are charged before the actual service. The place has terrible energy and the rooms are absolutely disgusting. I’m sure that she will say that it is true because she doesn’t take responsibility for anything. But that’s OK, I know what’s true. Edit to Heather, the Owner: It’s not aggravated harassment to leave a review. I can leave a review all I want to. There’s nothing that you can do about it. Reviews are not meant to only be good. Also, you called the police because I started recording you when you said that you would not remove my card from your file. You did not refund me as of courtesy. I demanded a refund because your esthetician, Sharon, put her hands on me and grabbed me and pulled me down. And also, bc I received 28 mins of a 60 min facial. Stop acting like you’re some saint. You literally are so toxic. You have zero witnesses of what happened in that room and when I came out and talked to you calmly, you told me that you didn’t believe me and that Sharon would never do such a thing. So clearly, you don’t care about the safety of your clients. Then Sharon started acting chaotic and yelling in my face, as were you (you literally shoved your hand in my face, yet lied to the police saying I was being threatening and close to you when I have a video of the actual interaction). So YOU, ma’am, can stop the libel, or I will take legal action to the fullest extreme. I left and didn’t wait for the police because 1. I DO NOT HAVE TO, 2. I DID NOTHING TO YOU and 3. YOU told me to leave. Once you finally took my card off file, only AFTER I told the police through YOUR phone that you were not doing it and that’s why I was still there asking over and over, then I left PER YOUR request. I have all of this on video. If you would like, I will GLADLY post it to YouTube and send a link for everyone to watch. Just let me know what you’d like to do.

Heather is amazing and so very knowledgeable. I felt so much better after my massage. She is truly gifted.

Orrice was amazing! She made my waxing experience super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend her!

staff is rude and owner charges your card days before the appointment and/or services are rendered. Edit. That’s a weird response from the shop owner…(the shop deleted the response by the time i finish this edit, but accused me of being some Allison that she said didn’t wait for the police. Probably some other drama, or unhappy customer (posted image but deleted the last name of the accused person as I think it rude to post peoples last names in a defamatory way) I have no idea who Allison is. I have had two interactions here. Once to buy a gift certificate for a friend who lives in the next town over and once to schedule an appt for my wife. I was surprised that I was charged in full before going to her appt. She would probably be even more surprised If I was this Allison and not the Chris She married. Being accused of being some other person the shop must have had an issue with, thats weird. I wont be buying any more gift certificates, nor will my wife return.
