her NAIL SALON

I came here because I was nearby and got off work early. Not only did this take way longer than the first time I came but the nails weren’t good. The shape wasn’t good, the design wasn’t either and I looked at them when I got in the car and they’re lifted and not even. I was annoyed by how long it took by the time I got out that I didn’t say anything and just paid and left. I only went back because I had a good first experience but this just upsets me and now I have to go and get these soaked off elsewhere ***It won’t allow me to respond to the review, so here goes*** The technician “checking in multiple times” was her asking me if the length was okay and masking to see my inspo picture. She then asked me if the colors she picked were fine. This was after her pulling on my fingers multiple times because she was clearly frustrated that she couldn’t get the nails on straight or flat. She even had to go in and completely remove a nail because SHE couldn’t get it on correctly. Her not being able to hide her frustration and pulling on my fingers was not my issue and it doesn’t add for a good experience. Through all this I remained calm and friendly instead of giving her the same attitude back. On top of that she interrupted my service multiple times to help another technician look for things and address the service the other tech was providing. Once again, took way longer than it needed to and it’s disrespectful as she is providing me a service and the service was paid for. Me not saying anything because I had to get home and get my kids was not the issue. The issue was I paid for a service and the attitude wasn’t the right one and the service should have been done correctly the first time. I’m not being picky, the nails look like a beginner at a nail school did them.

This is the best nail salon in Matthews. I have been to plenty around here and this one is top notch. Pricing is consistent, great work, and friendly service. Hannah always helps when I’m on the fence about a color or what I want to do. Abby executes everything flawlessly. Everyone is great, you can get your nails done by any technician and it’s going to be an amazing job! I enjoy getting my nails done here!

I found a nice new nail salon. The environment is very clean, modern and organized. I really enjoyed the service provided by Hannah. She is professional and friendly, thank you.

I’ve been here twice now & they always do an amazing job on my nails! They take their time and really make sure they look perfect. Definitely recommend!!!!!
