In response to Gabrielle Fromelts review.. I, Danielle Jacobs, NOT Mindy, was her stylist the 1st time and 2nd time she visited. The 1st time she came I requested her to simply TILT her head so I could do my job. She ignored all my requests as she was engrossed into her phone. My last request was for her to put down her phone for a few min so I could finish the side section and when I moved to the back of her head she could resume looking at her phone. SHE ACTED LIKE I DID NOT EXIST. I've been a stylist for 33 years. I strive for excellence in every client. I will not be treated disrespectfully. As for her comment of her hair being dry, she box colors her hair and then wants pale ash hilites which I advised her of the damage that causes. Mindy nor her salon has nothing to do with me and my interaction with Ms Frommelt. I assure you that Magnolia Salon has very talented sweet stylists and a fun relaxed atmosphere. Blessings...

This morning I went in to get my hair colored with Mindy(she’s done my hair once before—decent result, though my hair was noticeably drier than usual afterward). When I sat down and explained what I wanted, she immediately leaned in very close to my ear and said, “I remember you from last time that you were ,here you were moving. You are going to comply this time!. We don’t do business like that in this place.” The tone was extremely rude and felt almost threatening. Like most people, I sometimes shift or move while reading on my phone, but I always try to be respectful and cooperative. If they need the client positioned a certain way, there are professional and polite ways to ask. I asked to speak with the owner, and when she came over, instead of listening or addressing the situation, her only response was, “Go do your job elsewhere.” That is not how you treat paying clients. What a very disappointing and unprofessional way to conduct business. The actual owner Called me afterwards to ask what happened and i explained the situation and she agreed that Danielle was disrespectful, and said that it wasn't her the person who was rude to me was Danielle. So thank you Mindy for calling I appreciated that, so here I am clarifying....

Very clean and nice looking shop. Danielle listened to exactly what we wanted, checked in along the way, and gave some great tips on how to style and care for the new cut. Finished with a style and blow out and looking fantastic. Thank you! Also need to mention that we were able to get in on a Saturday with less than a week notice, so that was awesome too!

Danielle is fabulous. She was able to assist me with a color correction. She is great at listening to the requests and helps me get the look I want
