Great experience today. Salinity was friendly fun and personable. She helped pick out the color and gave me just what I asked for. No cut cuticles and a nice hand massage to top it off! Thanks Mai!

I have been coming here for years and I normally spend $100-$200+ almost every time getting a pedi and sns but today was my sign to leave and try somewhere else as much as it saddens me. The tech scraped the top part of my feet raw as you can see by the pictures. I did not make a big deal about it since I did not want to make her feel bad for it but it burned when she sprayed my feet and even put the scorching hot towel on top it. I let that pass. Then I’m getting my nails done and I asked her if she could please file my index finger nail straight as it was crooked and last time I got my nails done here they did the same thing and filed them crooked causing my nails to grow back crooked which I usually don’t have a big issue with. Anyways they made it seem like a big deal and we’re not listening to what I actually wanted. The owner suggested that I put a fake nail halfway on my real nail so it can go straight. I did not feel like I needed that since I’ve always gotten my nails to grow straight if they simply get filed the right way and I prefer my natural nails. Anyways I could see they were talking about the issue right in front of me and making me feel bad for it which I did not appreciate after being a loyal customer and spending a lot of money there. I ended up telling her I did not want any fake nails to just cut my nails and I’d regrow them back. I also filed my own nails afterwards in my car and made my index nails as straight as I could so I can grow them back out the right way. It almost seem like they really don’t care about the customer or actually helping make your nails healthy ..they would rather just cover it up instead. Also I still had to go home and remove hair after getting my eyebrows wax. All this was really disappointing since I actually don’t mind spending money where there is good business but the service is not worth the cost here anymore.

I went in as a walk-in when I found out that the place I booked my appointment with didn’t do acrylics. Ann was the first to greet me & started my nails as soon as I signed in. I really didn’t expect that they would look fabulous , & she worked quickly as well. I showed her a picture & she seemed to already know what accented the design to make it unique still. I was extremely pleased & plan to become a regular. Sometimes the simplest thing is just the best & it’s important to have someone who does a great job.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The pedicure make my feet feel better after long hours of working on concrete floors.

I highly recommend this nail salon! They do an amazing job with any design you bring in, no matter how detailed or unique. The atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing, making every visit enjoyable. I've been super satisfied with all the nail designs I've gotten done here, and I’ll definitely keep coming back!
