2025-03-30I had a DELUXE pedicure at Royal Nails today. My service was performed by Tina, and she is extremely gifted with customer service. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience from the flowers and blue water massage to the hot stones and lathered lotion on my legs and my feet. Every time I visit this establishment, I’m treated super friendly. I truly recommend Tina and get a Deluxe pedicure. You will not be disappointed.

2025-07-31First I must say the nail tech who did my nails, Anna, was very sweet. She took her time and did a really good job — I was really happy with how my nails turned out. However at first glance, the salon appears clean and nice, which made me feel comfortable initially. However, during my pedicure, the pumice stone being used clearly looked used — worn down and not freshly unwrapped. When I asked about it, she lied and said it was new, but it definitely didn’t look sanitary. What really made me uncomfortable was when I saw a baby roach crawl out from under the salon chair and onto my shoe. I wasn’t going to make it noticeable at first, but once it got on my shoe, I couldn’t ignore it. This is a huge red flag when it comes to cleanliness and overall hygiene standards, especially in a place that handles skin and personal care. I don’t say this to be harsh, but I think clients deserve to know what to expect before visiting. I won’t be returning.

Amazing job vey through and friendly. Will definitely be setting our future appointments with Royal Nails in Kernersville!!!
