My Lovely Nails

Short story (I hope) I had an event a day away. A new shop opened in the area recently and the reviews and photos were good. I chose to go. I was so unaware of appointments. The last time I went to a nail salon(which was several years ago) was just a walk-in process. I was met with a huff and puff answer to get a mani-pedi and thrown a card to make a future appointment. So, I went over to this establishment. WHICH, btw was across the street. I was greeted so nicely and also served immediately. I felt so welcomed and valued. The results were so awesome. I'll choose this business from now on.

Cindy was my nail tech for my pedicure and manicure with extensions and SNS - I can not say enough about the incredible service I received today! My nails and toes look amazing, and I feel super refreshed! The facility was super clean and all members of the staff were so friendly. 10/10 recommend, and I can’t wait until I get a chance to go back!

Just randomly found this place, I go to pull the door and it was locked. They looked at me through the glass like I was a ghost. This was on a Sunday during business hours. This is why I dread trying new places, unfortunately my nail place is closed today.

This was my first time going since I am new to NC and I got a jelly spa pedicure with gel polish. Ivy was the technician that serviced me and she made me so glad I went there. Not only am I pleased with my pedicure and the cleanliness of the salon but the experience was great from the moment I walked until and even up until I left having them hold the door open for me! I'll be back.

I have been coming to MLN for 5 years since moving from California and I am beyond pleased with the immaculate job Yen does every time. She's personal and professional. All of the staff is helpful and attentive and the appointments are well managed... No congestion or waiting after your scheduled time. Highly recommend to everyone that asks about my beautiful nails!
