Kara is the best!!! She’s been doing my nails for a while now and every time she does such a beautiful job. I always get compliments and my nails don’t chip or break. They look great even after 2-3 weeks. She takes her time, but still gets you in and out. She’s my go to girl and the prices at Carolina Nail Bar are hard to beat.

I’ve been going to this nail salon for many years now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very first visit, I was impressed by the quality of their work. Every set of nails I’ve had done here not only looks beautiful, but also lasts much longer than anywhere else I’ve ever gone. Their attention to detail is second to none, and I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. What truly makes this salon stand out, though, is the people. Over time, they’ve become like family to me. They genuinely care about their clients, and it shows in everything they do. They are warm, welcoming, and honest, which is something you don’t always find everywhere. You can trust their recommendations because they always have your best interest in mind, not just what’s easiest or most profitable for them. Whether I’m coming in for something simple or a little more creative, I know I’m in great hands. I always leave not only with gorgeous nails but also with a smile, because the experience itself is just as wonderful as the results. I truly can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for consistent quality, professionalism, and that special personal touch that makes you feel valued.

Went in to get my tips and SNS taken off, came out with ugly nails and still paid $31. All are COMPLETELY different shapes, clear polish coming off that they just put on, with hair in almost each of them. Absolutely horrible. Thankfully didn’t go for an actual nail appt to get nails put on or painted an actual color. I came here so I didn’t ruin my nails by taking them off myself, but turns out I should’ve just done that. Such a waste of money and time.

I starting going here April 2025 I loved it . I Have spent good money here. Have brought her several friends and family members. I came in on Sept.5 got me and my sons girlfriend pedicure and nails done spent $185 plus $20 tip. My nails starting peeling like the polish was old w so I called on Sep.10 just wanted my nails re polished. Was told there policy was 3 days, I was never informed that wanted to charge me again. I feel like that the was wrong so I will no longer be going there. I feel they don't value me as a customer. I spent good money there and it's sad that they couldn't just put a coat of polish on my nails. They are just money hunger.

This review is long overdue, but so deserved! I moved to Charlotte four years ago and tried countless nail salons in search of “the one”. That all changed when I found Carolina Nail Bar. I was on a mission to find my nail person and Kara has exceeded my expectations. Every single appointment leaves me smiling from ear to ear. My nails are always PERFECTLY shaped, and I walk out feeling like the happiest little camper. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also such a kind and genuine human with a spunk of sassy and fun! What truly sets this place apart though is the atmosphere. It’s the most comfortable and welcoming salon I’ve ever been to. The entire staff is so friendly, they even know me by name, even though Kara is my go-to girl. I can’t recommend Carolina Nail Bar enough. If you're looking for your forever nail spot in Charlotte, this is it.
