2025-07-20This was my first time going in and I received a fill in. Sarah done an amazing job! My nails look so good and they actually look like my natural nails. Not bulky at all and my cuticles look great. Very affordable as well. I would definitely be back.

2025-07-19An hour before they closed i wanted to take off my acrylic on my hands and toes. And sarah fit me in and got me done. She was ever so gentle and sweet. They also did my daughters mani too and did amazing. Thank you Organic Nails.

2025-07-20Sarah and her family are priceless!! Always thorough and perfectly manicured! The salon is always clean. Minimalist decor. Big screen tv to watch. It’s very relaxing; especially the massage chair for pedicures. I will never go any place else. Love it here!! NEW REVIEW 4/30/25: (Second pic) Sarah has the BEST colors!! This is my 3rd ‘Buildup Gel’ The yellow color with swirls is new for spring! LOVE IT!!! New Review 7/19/20: (Third picture) Sarah outdid herself again!! This magnetized look is 🔥🔥🔥 Someone said it looks like I have marbles as nails. LOL!

2025-06-21Done over 2 weeks ago and still looking fabulous!! So many compliments, I love this set and I love even more that it was done organically with care, consideration and attention to detail. Even the flower detail was creative, unique and well executed- will definitely be back! Definitely my new favorite salon in Greensboro! ❤️
