Queen Nail & Spa is the absolute best for getting a pedicure and manicure. The chairs are so comfortable and relaxing, they really make the experience more enjoyable. Everything is clean and beautiful and that’s just the beginning. The staff really takes the extra steps in giving you incredible services. My technician, Natalie, provided the absolute best pedicure I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this place.

I LOVE this place! I decided to try a new place and I don’t regret it at all!! They were so kind to me and my nephew who came with me. So beautiful inside and the ladies were amazing they both did such a great job on my nails, I love them so much. It was such a great experience than other places, such great vibes and positivity. I will definitely be going back and I definitely recommend going 🥰

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m a new customer who walked in for a simple acrylic fill in. Had to explain 3 times what I wanted and still didn’t get what I asked for. I was going to pay and leave without saying anything, but then they proceeded to tell me that they could not take my card because their Wi-Fi was down and they did not tell me that At the beginning of my appointment. They then asked me to write my card numbers down or keep my phone as collateral, which I was uncomfortable with. Sat here for an extra 20 minutes just waiting and had to make my mother in law bring me cash. WORST EXPERIENCE!

Excellent service and friendly staff! Im from Lincolnton and we do not have good nail place options where I live. Will definitely be a repeat customer here. Very happy with prices and feel like they were very upfront about them. I love how my nails turned out!

I absolutely love this nail salon! I've brought my 91 year old grandmother here twice to get manicures and pedicures, and Michele and her staff are so accommodating, professional, and kind. My nails are always beautiful and the quality is top notch. I highly recommend Queen Nails & Spa!!
