My mom and I have been coming to Zen for close to 15 years and over those years we have always received great service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The salon is clean and organized. You can tell that the staff really cares about their place of work and how it's run. I've always loved how my nails turned out and it's always exactly what I ask for. They never pressure you to upgrade your service or try and tack on extra fees. I truly enjoy all my experiences here!

I’ve been coming to Zen for over 8 years now. I started out with Cena, who always did an amazing job with my nails. After she left and they moved to their new location, I started seeing David. Same thing, amazing service. I then started seeing a lady named Sabrina, and she was sweet and did a good job, and I came in one day and was told she was no longer here. No heads up, nothing. That’s who my appointment was with. I shifted over to see Trish, who is amazing. However, the new management is awful. I really miss Charlie and the way he conducted business. I’ve had nothing but issues since the new management came in. Came in once for an appointment and was told my appointment wasn’t scheduled with the right person. Scheduled one appointment online and was called and said they couldn’t do that (yet it was available online). Called and changed one appointment up two days, and got a call the next week stating I was down twice. I said no, I rescheduled it a week ago. Then I was told Trish wasn’t here and asked to come at another time, which I couldn’t do. I came in and Trish was indeed off on my appointment day, but because she’s so sweet and loves her clients, she came in on her day off. She’s literally the only reason I continue to come here. The new management is very unorganized, and they do not engage with clients hardly at all. They sit at the front on their phones the entire time and have very dry personalities. Thank you Trish for your amazing service, I’ll continue to come see you!

Dory, I hope I’m spelling her name correctly, but she is absolutely amazing, hands down. Everyone in that shop is incredibly kind and friendly.

Kim has been making my mani-pedis beautiful for years. So relaxing, and I look forward to my monthly pampering with her. I leave happy, relaxed, and enjoy a quality service every time. My nails do not chip or peel with my gel polish and look great!
