Lotus Nail Spa

I’ve gone to Lotus a couple of times now, but Lulu is hands down the best nail tech they’ve ever had! The previous set I got from them was a little wonky, and I originally just went back to get them soaked off, but when I started talking to Lulu she immediately made me feel comfortable so I ended up getting another set, and boy am I glad I did! These are not only the cutest and most detailed set I’ve ever done, but also the most neat. She is extremely detailed oriented, and if you have any sensory issues specifically with your nails, like I do, Lulu is your girl!

Such an amazing experience. Lily is so detail oriented when she does my nails. They always come out so perfect. Her and the other techs there are literally so amazing! This is my second time going and it was so perfect. I got something super simple this time.

10/10 experience at this salon. My nails were done by Lourdes who always does amazing work and my nails came out perfectly. I love them so much! This is my new favorite nail salon. It is such a peaceful and relaxing experience and the people who work there are always the sweetest.

I’m new to the area and decided to give this salon a try. I got a gel manicure, and while it initially looked great, I noticed my nail beds felt extremely tender for several days afterward. When I eventually removed the gel polish using a standard gel remover, I discovered visible damage — including holes in my nail beds. I understand that occasional mistakes can happen, but this experience was really disappointing. I’ve spent the last two years working to get my nails strong and healthy, and unfortunately, they were significantly damaged in just one visit. I’ve included a photo taken during the gel removal process to show the extent of the damage. Given the outcome, I’m unsure if I’ll be returning.

Lulu is awesome. She does an excellent job. The salon is beautiful and this time of year very festive.
