2025-09-27Recently came to get my nails done at the vinci spa on Thursday at 4pm. The first lady they sent me to was horrible. She was not filling my nails correctly and I seen her look everywhere else then my nails while filling. Anne was amazing! She did a wonderful job! However, this is the second time (and i barely ever get my nails done) theyve done my nails and ive had an issue with my polish (gel) peeling from the bottom up. Its Saturday at 10 am when ive taken these pictures but the problem started Friday evening, 24 hrs after I got fresh gel polish. Ive pressed them and tried to stick it back down to my nail for my event today and tomorrow but its still noticeable as you can see in the picture. It gets to be much bigger as the day goes on but i had just pressed them down and its still noticeable. This is unacceptable and I definitely need some type of amends from the spa.
