Miss Tracy (the owner) is absolutely phenomenal! She is very personable, hilarious, and does amazing work. I recommend this salon to anyone I meet. A true hidden gem!

I originally had a disappointing experience here, but I truly appreciate how quickly the owner responded after my review. She personally reached out and invited me back to make it right. When I came in, she did an absolutely beautiful job. Fast, precise, and exactly what I was hoping for. She was warm and welcoming, and the entire atmosphere felt friendly and social. A few other people, including her mom who works there, even came over to chat, which made the whole visit feel personal and inviting. I’m really glad I gave it another shot and left feeling so much better. Great customer service and a great experience overall!

The best nail salon in town! I have been coming here for about a year, after trying out several other salons in the area. This is the cleanest salon with the most hard working and diligent team. They have a huge variety of DND and OPI, so you will never be without the perfect color. I get the liquid gel on my fingers and gel polish on my toes. I had my wedding nails done about a month ago and they were able to get me and 7 of my wedding party in. We had such a great time and all 8 of us were so happy with our nails. Tracey the owner did my nails and let me just say she is truly amazing! She and all the employees are so sweet and make your visit worth it. It’s such a friendly environment and they genuinely care about their customers! I will definitely be coming back:)

I’ll tell you Jennys quite the artist and she’s patient and when I first came to Herr today for the first time I told her that I wanted acrylic because it was familiar to me and she said I’ll do it but there’s a better way so I let her do it and I have never been happier. Look at the job she did I’m giving.
