2025-11-07Best nail salon in High Point/Greensboro!! Newly renovated, great selection of colors, great environment, and very clean. The team was really sweet and easy-going. They took the time to help me pick out my nail color and it turned out so cute! Also got to enjoy a free drink from their new bar :) Highly recommend!!

2025-11-15I have been coming to Elite Nail Spa since June of this year and every experience has been wonderful! They have such a huge color selection and the new renovations are breathtaking! I have had a few different technicians and they all were great! I even broke a nail a couple of days after getting them done (totally my fault) and they were kind enough to work me in and fix it! I am in LOVE with their new cat eyes colors they just got in! They are PERFECT for the holiday season! Juat call and book the appointment now, you will be thankful you did! The green i am wearing in the photo is by Hang Gel and is #17, Green Water Ghost and they were done by the sweet Anna! 🥰

2025-11-05Elite Spa Nails is my go to salon for manicures and pedicures! The staff is amazing. They are friendly and always remember who I am (and which services I prefer) when I walk in. That says a lot a for a salon that has many clients. Appointments are timely. And walk-ins are a breeze. I usually see Gigi, but you will be very happy with your nails no matter who your technician is. My manicure’s last for weeks and never chip or break. And my pedicure’s last even longer! The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable, and clean. I have never been disappointed with my manicures or pedicures, and I recommend the salon to anyone looking for great service.
