I came here for a prenatal massage and it was sooo worth it. Stacy was my massage therapist and she was INCREDIBLE!!! She explained the entire process to me and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be back!

My husband purchased a gift card/receipt from this spa as a “Just Because” gift for me but it was the worse spa that I’ve ever been to! My appointment was at 2pm and I got there at 1:45pm. However, I didn’t get my message until 2:20pm. The message therapist was extremely unpleasant and I felt that she rushed the massage. Additionally, it felt like she was rubbing my skin with a brillo pad. Additionally, she was rubbing close to my boobs and it felt like she was rubbing the skin off my body. Once the message was over, my entire skin was red. Horrible experience - I will NEVER come back. The worse experience ever!! Don’t waste your time or money!

Bought my wife a gift card for Christmas because they came highly recommended from some friends. My wife tried and tried to get a massage but they only do them like once a week or once a month. She couldn't ever get a massage and had to settle for 2 facials instead. If you offer services, they should be available all the time not just every now and then or when its convenient to the business and not the customer. Will never do business here again and WILL NOT recommend anyone spend their money or time here. Now I have to send her to another place to get what she originally wanted. What a shame.

If you’re looking for a spa which is inviting, friendly, and professional, this is the spot. I’ve been a client for almost two years and go almost every three weeks. Dena is always finding ways to enhance the client’s experience, whether it’s themed couples massages or creating a membership program. Her staff is also amazing! I recently tried the sound table during my massage last week. I started on my back and chose the low vibration sound. Believe it or not, the vibrations of the tranquil music were soothing and allowed my mind to be more at ease. I always cringe when my calves are worked on. The minor vibrations ahead of working on my calves loosened my muscles resulting a more enjoyable massage. I highly recommend Alossi Renewal Spa and encourage you to try the sound table during your next massage.
