Unique Nail

I bragged on this place my first couple of visits. The pedicures were amazing. I haven’t been in almost a month and returned today. Was told it’s $5 to remove gel polish from my toes. Secondly I chose the classic pedicure this time, which I’ve had in the past. But this time it was different. He did not touch the heel of my feet at all then I was told Callus remover wasn’t included, which in the past it was. Literally this changed over a months time. The pedicure was rushed and tech basically pressured me into getting the relax pedicure in order to get my callus done. Right when I thought I found a nice spot, I won’t be returning. Idk what happened in a months time but I left out disappointed ain’t even get my toes polished I was so annoyed.

Jenny and Jacob were very nice and accommodating. They immediately addressed my concerns and corrected the problems. The salon is clean, professional and friendly. The gentleman who did my manicure and pedicure did not do a good job painting my fingernails and toenails . I called salon and they immediately accommodated me and corrected the polish. This is a good salon and as requested by management/ownership please give them a chance to correct your concerns. Unfortunately, like in every company or business there is at least one employee that does not receive high evaluations. Retraining or job responsibilities may need to shift. Thank you for a job well done.

Jenny is amazing and does a great job. I appreciate the quality of work she gives me each time. Today makes my third visit. I always look forward to my appointment and trying out a new nail design.🙂

Kayla did an excellent job on my pedicure. She is my go to person from here on out. Norma did a great job on my nails. She listened nto me and gave me what I asked for not what she wanted(which is what happens most of the time and leave me dissatisfied). I enjoyed my visit and will recommend to others.

Jenny ! She’s such a great nail tech, She took her time on my nails, perfected the look I was going for , and again she took her time no matter how busy. I will be back , Ken was on my toes and he took his Time as well, he’s also a perfectionist. Kayla did my nieces toes and nails, she was very friendly.. my niece wanted ladybug, Cat Noir nails. All of them were very kind and professional.
