2025-07-11So I went here last Thursday and wasn’t 100% happy bc I could see the nail glue below my tips. I left a review and Mei contacted me immediately and told me to come back in and get it fixed. This is the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!! Our happiness is definitely their goal!! If you go and you’re not 100% happy speak up, they want to fix it for you!! I live in Mebane and stopped here last week bc it was close to my errands , but they have just made me a forever customer, their customer service is worth the drive! Today my daughter and I got our eyebrows waxed and Mei redone my nails and I love them!!! I’ll be going back soon to get a pedicure!! Thanks Mei!! Your the greatest!!

They are great with staying on top of appointments, unique designs and colors, friendly and clean. I love that the pedicure room is in its own space and is darker. It is very relaxing. 2025-10-07I *really* wanted to like them because they were so close and convenient but they just don't do the best job. I first attempted my nails here and after two weeks ALL of my gel nails popped right off one by one. I work a desk job, it's not like I'm doing manual labor, there was no reason for them to separate like that. I will say that they offered to redo my nails without a charge, which I appreciated and still tipped, but I noticed that there was a pretty noticeable gap between nail and cuticle again. I hoped it would be okay but it's only about a week later and look at this grow-out! That's insane! If you don't mind coming basically every week for a fill, the nails are beautiful and well-shaped, but they just don't last as long as they should.

Your happiness is our ultimate goal. If you are not 100% satisfied with your nails, our management team (led by Mei) will contact you immediately to bring you back in and resolve the issue free of charge. We believe in providing the absolute best customer service in Chapel Hill.

Our pedicure room is situated in its own dedicated, separated space. It is designed to be darker and more tranquil than the rest of the salon, offering clients a deeply relaxing, spa-like escape during their treatment.
