I had such an amazing experience at Chelsi Nail Spa in Wendell! Hope was absolutely wonderful, very professional, kind, and attentive. She took her time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and even allowed me a few minutes to find my inspiration picture without rushing. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and she paid great attention to detail, especially with my nail shape. Hope also helped me pick out colors that complemented my skin perfectly. I left feeling so happy and confident with my nails! I’m usually a plain Jane, when it comes to my nails, but Hope helped me step outside the box, and try something new. Highly recommend booking with Hope, she’s the best!

Cassidy did a wonderful job on my nails. She was very knowledgeable and knowing what nail products will work great for me. I work in Healthcare and I wash my hands alot. Cassidy understood and let me know that acrylic is not the best for me. I tried the dip on my nails and it has been wonderful. Thank you Cassidy

I got a set of liquid gel nails. They are the best I have ever had. She took her time and did a great job. The shape and color are flawless. It’s been almost a week and they still look perfect. I already have another appointment booked before an important vacation. I believe I will be a customer forever ! And I should mention that I’m a nurse and very very hard on my nails and hands. For once they look wonderful!

I love the atmosphere in this place. I love that they are playing worship music and sometimes a few of us just break out singing!! La is my go to girl and I am NEVER disappointed when I leave. I love this place! HIGHLY recommend.

needed to get my nails done for my senior pictures, we didnt have much time so we went to the closest salon with good reviews. walked in and the environment seemed friendly, we checked in and I was immediately taken to get acrylics. first thing i noticed was she was listening to music while doing my nails, while the other workers were chatting with their customers. she then overfiled my nails and was very rough with my fingers, when i told her she was hurting me she told me she “had no choice” and it needed to be done. I requested a simple, almond shaped design with french tips. the design she drew was very uneven and looked nothing like the picture (which she looked at for about 2 seconds) she asked me what length i wanted, and as someone who doesnt get their nails done often, i said almond, as i wasnt sure what she meant. instead of politely explaining what she meant, she got very rude and snappy, saying “i know i know”. as someone whos step mother does dip nails professionally (she was unavailable that day), she definitely used too much dip, making my nails chunky. she painted the designs, and it looked nothing like the picture, the white line was so chunky, i asked her to thin it out and it looked almost the same. i then asked her if she could just leave the rest of my nails as blue french tips (because at this point i knew i was going to paint over them) and she was not happy i said that. i paid $70 for nails i ended up painting over. below is the inspo pic, what my nails looked like, and what they looked like after i painted over them
