Lucky Nail Spa

So I went here last Thursday and wasn’t 100% happy bc I could see the nail glue below my tips. I left a review and Mei contacted me immediately and told me to come back in and get it fixed. This is the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time!! Our happiness is definitely their goal!! If you go and you’re not 100% happy speak up, they want to fix it for you!! I live in Mebane and stopped here last week bc it was close to my errands , but they have just made me a forever customer, their customer service is worth the drive! Today my daughter and I got our eyebrows waxed and Mei redone my nails and I love them!!! I’ll be going back soon to get a pedicure!! Thanks Mei!! Your the greatest!!

I’ve been coming to Lucky nail spa for years and am always so happy with everything. Great facilities, high quality nail polish, friendly technicians! I just had my nails done for Christmas and I am thrilled, highly recommend!

I was having a rough day and came in as a walk-in. My nail tech was incredibly sweet- asked me how I was doing and was so thoughtful throughout our appointment. I know that her main job is to focus on nails but her heartfelt customer service really meant a lot. And my nails look great too.

Amazing work. Go on pinterest and my girl summer will perfect your nails. She is also so kind and very professional. They are great with staying on top of appointments, unique designs and colors, friendly and clean. I love that the pedicure room is in its own space and is darker. It is very relaxing. You get what you pay for. I highly recommend summer.

I *really* wanted to like them because they were so close and convenient but they just don't do the best job. I first attempted my nails here and after two weeks ALL of my gel nails popped right off one by one. I work a desk job, it's not like I'm doing manual labor, there was no reason for them to separate like that. I will say that they offered to redo my nails without a charge, which I appreciated and still tipped, but I noticed that there was a pretty noticeable gap between nail and cuticle again. I hoped it would be okay but it's only about a week later and look at this grow-out! That's insane! If you don't mind coming basically every week for a fill, the nails are beautiful and well-shaped, but they just don't last as long as they should.
