Ava and Selly for nails and toes are excellent. As a person who has been in the personal enhancement business for 29 years they know their stuff! My nails are always beautiful! The place is friendly and cozy and very updated. The rates are reasonable and the work is wonderful! Thanks girls!

For the past 10 months, my daughter and I have been going to a nail tech named Ava. We scheduled appointments with her every three weeks and never missed a single one. Yesterday, we went in for our regular service. Normally, we book our next appointment in person before leaving, but this time Ava told my daughter to text her to schedule it—which felt a little unusual. My daughter texted her the date yesterday but didn’t receive a response until this morning. Ava replied saying she could no longer provide services to us because we didn’t leave a tip. At our last visit, I left a $5 tip and my daughter left an $8 tip. We didn’t leave one this time, so I assumed maybe she was upset. I don’t mind tipping, but I can’t always tip every visit—especially since they charge an extra $5 when we pay with a card, which I already think is unreasonable. The salon was recently renovated, and it feels like they now expect a tip every time. Ava is very good at what she does, and we’ve been loyal clients, but I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!!
