I’ve been a loyal customer of Chic Nails for quite some time, and they continue to exceed my expectations with every visit. The entire team is incredibly welcoming and consistently provides outstanding service. My nails always turn out beautifully, no matter what I get done. During my most recent visit, I had one of the best pedicure experiences I’ve ever had. Mama Yen treated me to the Holiday Cozy Gold Spa Delight, and it was absolutely exceptional. She put so much time, detail, and genuine care into the service—it truly felt luxurious. I sincerely hope they consider offering this as a Winter Cozy Gold Spa Delight, because it’s that good! If you’re visiting soon, do yourself a favor and request Mama Yen. I also have to shout out my nail technician, Be, whose creativity and attention to detail are unmatched. She always designs my nails to perfection, and the quality speaks for itself every time. I can’t say enough positive things about Chic Nails. I love this place, and I’ll definitely be back in a few weeks!

I had a very disappointing experience here. The technician they assigned provided poor service, and when I pointed out the issues, they sent someone from the front desk who only pretended to fix it. My nails started peeling the very next day. I reported the problem immediately, but the situation was not handled properly. Unfortunately, the quality was so bad that I had to dispute the charge. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. Updated Review: The salon manager replied to my previous comment and offered a repair. I went back, but the nail peeled again as soon as I got home (see the third photo). I believe this is due to the poor quality of their product. I asked to change the color, but they wanted to charge an additional $20, so I had no choice but to keep the same gel. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience. I’ve been getting gel nails for over 17 years, and this is the worst service I’ve ever had.

The place is clean and I love the decor. The vibe is great, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They charged what their menus stated, which I believe was reasonable. But I HAVE to mention Emy— who is just amazing! She asked all the necessary questions, checked in with me along the way and my nails came out absolutely perfect. Not to mention that I was in and out in less than an hour. *chefs kiss* can’t wait to come back
