2025-08-01I’m more of a good reviewer And not a bad but here it goes… I made a 4 o’clock appointment because that’s what they had open. (They close at 7) they had lots of beautiful colors and a lady greeted me immediately! But that’s where my good experience ended. I was not given anything for options of pedicures, she was so rough and hurt my toes (this has never ever happened before), she slapped on sugar scrub rinses it off, slapped on lotion wiped it off, scrubbed my heels for 3 seconds (I work on my feet and this is one of my most needed things during a pedicure), she polished and checked me out immediately because she needed to get her kids (which I’m not mad at and can understand) This was rushed, there was not a single thing relaxing or pampering to this pedicure, no massage or anything I expected, just a polish essentially. I understand having a life but please don’t take my appointment then if you have to rush through it. I came to take a load off and relax. I felt her urgency. She also put multiple layers of glitter polish which slid off as soon as I got home and my dog stepped on my foot
