Exquisite Nails

I absolutely love, love, live this place. I braid hair so I request that my nails are done a bit differently than traditional and they deliver every single time!!! The pedicures are awesome and when you get one of the special/ luxury pedis they do NOT rush the process. They also offer water so that's a plus. They take their time no matter how booked they are. I love that part the most. Don't bite off more than you and chew and if you do than continue with excellent service as they ALWAYS do. So far, I've had the pleasure of services provided by Tony and Sally. Judging by the pleasant looks on customers faces around me, I'd say all of the technicians are loved 😍 Ps. My teen loves them so much (she's a nail artist girlie) that she never wants to go anyplace else.

I recently visited Exquisite Nails at 2635 Ramada Road, Burlington, NC, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience! First off, I walked in without an appointment, just taking a chance, and I was warmly welcomed by Lucy. She was so kind and engaging, making me feel right at home in the salon. The place was incredibly clean, which is always a huge plus! Now, let’s talk about my nail tech, Lena. She is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I sat down, her sweet demeanor and classy presence, complete with a gorgeous gold Chanel necklace, made me feel special. You can tell she’s a dedicated mom when she speaks about her young daughter, and it adds such a personal touch to the experience. Lena’s customer service is top-notch. She’s not only quick but also sharp and engaging—our conversation made the time fly! I had a French Power Tip manicure that I absolutely love. Lena and Lucy tag-teamed my appointment like pros, making me feel like a supermodel getting pampered. And yes, white toes are a must, and Lucy nailed it! I left feeling fabulous and pampered, and I can’t wait to go back. If you’re looking for a fantastic nail experience with a wonderful team, I highly recommend Exquisite Nails. Lucy does a great job on my nails with the different designs and pedi. Everyone there is polite and kind. Great location to get your nails and pedi done. They also offer other services (waxing, eyebrows, etc.) there. Great customer service.

I gave this place a 1 star because not once or twice but on multiple occasions this place has made me feel less than a valued customer. Idk if it is the color of my skin or just the way the culture that operate these nails salons just have a distaste for the people here or any other reason but when I come into your establishment and over pay for services at least have the courtesy to pretend you care that you left me feeling less than pleased with what I received. If I ask someone to fix the polish because it looks like bubbles please do so ....@ $150 + I think that should be the LEAST you could do for your customer who spends that at each visit, along with the other customers you have.. so business should be thriving...but instead you make people feel like a waste of time or an inconvenience instead of taking the time to gain a returning client. I requested a full set with matte....smh...although the initial person who did my nails was nice my nails did not look like what the price was....fast forward 2 days later the matte is peeling. I go back to explain what happened and to also state that I was unhappy with the whole paint job. They were only willing to fix the one nail and also expressed that if I wanted the other nails painted over I would be charged....needless to say I only fixed the one nail....but how could you ask a customer who just paid $150 in nail services to then pay an additional fee to correct what another employee has done. .....I blame myself.....it was nice when you could do things like get a mani and pedi without feeling like your being man handled and the people seemed like they cared ....a little. Now it's nothing but paying my money out to an establishment where the people have no problem taking your money respectfully/disrespectfully ....Thank you for the experiences but I will no longer be giving you money without a cause Exquisite Nails. I hope women out here realize you work hard for your money....dont let anyone disrespect you while taking it....❤️

I’ve never had a worse experience getting my nails done. I booked an appointment with a specific nail tech and someone else who I think was the owner started doing my nails. I didn’t mind until he was so harsh with my nails and didn’t communicate at all. I was getting a fill so I wanted them slightly shorter than how I walked in. I had to ask for them to be shorter he cut them without asking how much and was in such a rush the shaping just looked bad. I wasn’t going to say anything until he rudely tells me this cost extra. Meanwhile I was so displeased with how they looked and what he was doing. He finally had me switch and Lina who I booked with fixed them and finished my manicure but he was so extremely rude and clearly rushing me out he couldn’t even listen to what the customer wanted or was asking for. It’s not that complicated to just take a step back and listen and communicate with your customer. He was extremely rude and I will not be returning back
