Nail City L&R

this is genuinely one of the best nail salons i’ve ever been to! everyone is always welcoming and friendly, and during the service they always make sure you like EVERYTHING! and pay an amazing attention to details!

Called ahead and asked if they could do pink and white refills. They said yes. Got there and they couldn't. Their response was, "Oh, I thought you said ombre." I had to sit and wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. They chairs they have available for you to sit in are ridiculously tiny. I'm a size 12 and had a hard time fitting in them. They had two different techs work on me and the entire time they did nothing but make fun of the way my nails were done by my normal salon which I couldn't get to because I was out of town. You can see by the pictures where my old set was they didn't file off all of the dirt before doing a refill. I was so scared I was going to get an infection. One week after my refill my acrylic nails started popping off in 1 whole piece. I've been getting my nails done for over 20 years and never have I ever seen a acrylic powder formed nail pop off in one solid piece. And they were the first ones to do a refill on me after a brand new full set. And to think they had the nerve to make fun of my normal salon. Update: as soon as I left this negative review they responded with false allegations and started texting me harassing me. Worst customer service ever!!!!

First time there. Staff was friendly. Andy was awesome as everyone else. I also noticed they treated other costumers by name and as they we're regulars. They did an amazing job. Please give them a chance, im sure to come back. Thanks.

If you are looking for a great nail salon Nail City L&R is the place to go !!!! Everytime I am greeted and welcomed with a smile and a hello I never leave disappointed they always do such a fantastic job !!! The staff is always friendly!!!

Tono did a great job on my sns. very detailed and kind! I will be coming back :) Well priced is a bonus Update: Jay and Anna did my second set and they came out wonderful. Lasts a long time and very relaxing experience I would recommend getting a pedicure here too! they take their time and have good results.
