NeO Nail Spa Asheville

So far, I have come here twice. They are very diligent and detailed with their work, taking the extra time to make sure things look as perfect to the eye as possible. I’ve found it’s hard to find nail establishments that will take that extra time, most try to rush through to the next appointment. I really appreciate their work and I will definitely be coming back!

I came in with my 80 year old mom today and Vicki and her partner were wonderful. They were so kind to my mom and the pedicures were great. Super clean toes, perfect polish, great massage and smooth skin. Also loved their chairs. Thank you!

Was super excited to get my nails done, and walked out with my hands dyed blue from a solution. I was told to scrub my hands hard and that it would come off eventually, after getting a manicure. They didn’t offer a discount, and laughed while talking about my hands. I have an event tomorrow I wanted to feel special for, and it just wasn’t made right. I am all about supporting local, but was disappointed in managements customer care.

The attached photos are of my gel manicure THREE days after paying $45 for it at this salon. The technician made no effort to do a good job. She did not allow enough time between coats for it to set, at at the end, instead of massaging my hands, she wrapped them in hot towels. This completely removed the top coat, which she saw. The whole manicure should have started over at this point, but instead, she rushed through a replacement coat which is now peeling off three days later. It is also clear that no real manicure was done, as my cuticles are all uneven and there is dead skin that has not been removed. The gel is also already chipping on the middle finger.

I went here before a wedding for manicure and pedicure about 3 weeks ago. The staff were very friendly and we were helped immediately, but I was not blown away by the experience. All I was getting was a regular nail polish manicure - but instead of shaping and filing the nails the tech used the rotary electric filer and unevenly made my nails much thinner - you can see in the picture where it is indented but has started to grow out normally. And on the pedicure - they didn't do any dead skin removal. So all in all, it was fine but not my best experience.
