I had an amazing experience at Urban Chic Nails! The salon was clean, stylish, and very welcoming. Amanda was my nail technician and she was absolutely fantastic—so professional, attentive, and talented. She really took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I loved my nails and couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Amanda again. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to several nail salons in Durham and Raleigh, but this was my very first time at UrbanChic in Cary. I saw the great reviews and honestly… they were absolutely right!! I’m definitely making this my new go-to nail salon. From the moment I walked in, they were so welcoming and friendly. I had an appointment, but they also accept walk-ins. They started with my pedicure and offered me a drink, I got hot tea (which was delicious!). Their massage chairs actually work—not like other salons where they just vibrate a little bit. The lady who did my pedicure was amazing!! She didn’t rush at all, took her time at my pedicure, was friendly and she really made sure everything looked perfect!! Then I switched over to the guy who did my manicure. I asked for gel extensions with a deep French and a snowflake design. What impressed me the most was how detail-oriented he was. He kept checking in with me, asking if I liked the shape, the length, the design—everything. I felt so heard the entire time. He carefully looked at each nail and made sure it matched the picture I brought. At one point, he was trying so hard to recreate the exact snowflake I had on my example picture that another coworker jumped in and did a different style of snowflake for him. I didn’t mind at all—I just wanted a cute, random snowflake! But honestly, I know he would’ve done it perfectly either way. The effort, the patience, and the care they put into their work meant a lot to me. Overall, this has genuinely been the best nail salon experience I’ve had. It’s the first time I’ve felt truly taken care of—not rushed, not treated like “just another customer,” but actually listened to. I’m super grateful for the time and detail they put into my nails. UrbanChic has officially earned a loyal customer! 💅✨

I started going here a couple months ago in preparation for my engagement and my wedding. I have been so so happy everytime i walk out of those doors, and the nails have always lasted for weeks until I can make it back for another appointment. I also work in a lab with gloves and wash my hands a lot and these nails are so sturdy!! I specifically want to highlight the nails that Vivian did today. She absolutely killed it, my nails look just like the inspo pic. She really took her time and did an amazing job, could not recommend more.

This is was my first time here. I almost never get my nails done but I’m glad I picked UrbanChic. I had an appt for a gel mani and Tim was my nail tech. Right away I could tell he was very attentive to detail and took his time throughout every step. I’m very happy with how they came out - the color looks exactly like the sample I picked and the shape and clean up are flawless! Tim was very nice and we were chatting for a lot of the service. Great quality for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Tim but I bet anyone there is great too. I will be going back!

Amanda is excellent. I was referred to her specifically for gel fill manicures. They last weeks, no peeling and she is very skilled. I highly recommend!
