GLOSSY NAILS BAR APEX

I have always loved going to Glossy Nail Bar! They never ever disappoint. Very comforting atmosphere along with a kind and welcoming staff. I will ALWAYS recommend Glossy to people.

Received a call letting me know my regular could not do my nails today but they were still able to fit me in. I saw Sunny and she did amazing. She took her time and even stayed after closing to finish. She didn’t rush even though I kept saying sorry for staying past closing. This salon is the best. Thank you Sunny! Everyone here is so amazingly talented! Nikki is my go-to girl for dipping powder and poly-gel/Gel-X, she does incredible work and has been super helpful with my nail re-growth journey. I went from having to put tips on to now being able to use my natural nail! Nikki puts the nail health first and will always leave you happy with how they look AND feel. I’ve also had my nails done by Angel, and I have only good things to say about that experience. She’s equally talented and so much fun to chat with :)

Angel consistently does the best gel manicure I’ve ever had!! Zero lifting in three weeks!! She’s clearly a perfectionist and does an amazing job. I’ve loved her work so far and she’s definitely convinced me to be a regular at this salon!!

Had a gift card for this nail salon. I misplaced it and found it again recently. Called to book serviced since I have the receipt and unused gift card and the salon refuses to honor it. Was looking for a new nail salon since I get a mani-pedi every 3 weeks, but I will be looking elsewhere. Disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. Update: in response to management, you actually have a bad Yelp review dated May of 2023 indicating your business had changed hands prior to that date as the customer is complaining she came in last time and it was under new ownership to her surprise and she had a bad experience under the new ownership. I have a receipt indicating this was purchased September of 2023, which would be under the new ownership based on the timeline of that review. Also choosing not to honor a gift card because according to you the prior owner got the money, you didn’t get the money, so you don’t want to honor it is ridiculous and bad business. There are no legal implications for accepting a gift card sold by glossy nails for a nail service when you are in fact still glossy nails, offering nail services. The gift giver paid money for this and you are choosing not to honor it. Anyone consider purchasing a gift card from here for the holidays may want to keep their refusal the honor gift card purchases in mind, especially if they management changes and they change hands frequently, one never knows when you gift card will randomly become useless, nul and void.
