My Nails & Lashes

TL;DR: Blew $204 on a pedicure that was fine and a builder gel overlay mani that looked like melted plastic—chunky, uneven, and bumpy. Asked for Henry, then got bait-and-switched last minute. A different tech later found uncured base coat hiding underneath. Unless you’re locked in with Henry, save your cash and your nails. Go else where. Most of the good reviews here mention Henry, and his work clearly looks professional. I requested him and was told he’d do my manicure after the pedicure. Only after the pedicure was finished did they tell me he had another appointment coming in 30 minutes, so a younger girl, same tech who did my pedicure, did my nails instead. I asked for a pedicure, eyebrow wax and builder gel overlay. Wax was good. The pedicure was fine, quick but over all fine. The manicure was unacceptable. The tech rushed the process, and the finished nails were inconsistent and poorly done. The builder gel was uneven, some nails were thick and bulky, others were noticeably flatter. The polish near the cuticles was jagged, and the surfaces were bumpy instead of smooth, which you can even see in photos. A couple of nails weren’t shaped uniformly, adding to the sloppy look. This was my first time getting builder gel and I asked if they were supposed to be this thick and I was just answered with ‘yes.’ At the end, she asked if I liked them and I said I liked the color but I didn’t like how chunky they were but I don’t even think she heard me because she was already getting up and heading to the register. I wished I took more pictures from the side but I wanted a ‘good shot’ of them. I was so embarrassed by them, a week later I had them redone elsewhere. When the nail tech removed the polish, several nails showed an uncured black bottom coat underneath, which should never happen with proper technique. The nail tech explained how this could have seriously wrecked my nails. For the price and time spent, I expected professional, properly cured nails and a relaxing appointment. I didn’t get that here. I won’t be back. Unless you have an appointment with Henry, I suggest you run.

I have been here several times now and they always do such beautiful work!!! OMG!!! Went again and was NOT disappointed! My nails turned out so gorgeous!!! Just go, you will not walk away unhappy. (The foxes are their latest masterpiece 😍)

My Nails and Lashes is my favorite salon. I won’t go anywhere else. It is clean and the people who work there are so nice. They have great customer service, they have great conversations and are fun. Plus, my nails and feet always look amazing. Joseph makes me look and feel good every time I leave there!

We love Henry. He does the best job. Today I went in with no idea on what I wanted and Henry worked his magic. They are perfect!

First time ever going here and can definitely say best experience I’ve had. The girl Leelee was amazing . She took her time , did exactly what I wanted , Very clean , highly recommend this nail salon! 10/10 , definitely will be coming back ! :)
