2025-11-09I went here for the first time the other day. It was very big which I didnโt expect. Massage wasnโt terrible but also wasnโt the best. Few pointers - first, always have the massage therapists wipe off the oil after massage. No one wants to be drenched in oil and left that way. Itโs uncomfortable and Iโve never had that elsewhere - at least wipe it off with a warm towel after. Second, the oil wasnโt warm at first which isnโt enjoyable. Also there is no WiFi downstairs in the relax area. I asked a worker for the WiFi PW and they said they donโt use it bc it sucksโฆ there is no reason such a large establishment shouldnโt have any WiFi available. Am I supposed to just stare at the wall? Lastly, if someone asks for specific recommendations, reception should give it. I cancelled my appt elsewhere bc I kept being told โeveryone is goodโ that doesnโt make me trust you. Surely you want repeat clients so if I ask for the best ppl for deep tissue specifically, give me names and NOT just whoever is available at that time. I was told this person was exceptional at deep tissue and while she was very kind, she certainly didnโt seem to specialize in it.

2025-10-27Hi my Name is Donna Piscitelli I had my very 1st spa treatment at your location. I had a mud wrap . Which was fantastic then shower then a deep massage. I came out feeling great. I went to another place in Pa where I live ,I willnever go back again. When I came out I was so sore. Told my husband I will never go back there. Sticking with my Tranquility Spa. That was 12 yrs ago Thank you for such a fantastic service

2025-09-27As soon as you go down the stairs to the lounge area/changing room you feel relaxed. The warm tea and water is also a nice touch! I got a massage and it was done very well! The customer service of the front desk, masseuse and other staff was also top notch! Would recommend .

2025-10-04Peter was the best massage Iโve ever had in my life highly recommend him. The spa overall is pretty nice. Itโs clean the locker rooms could definitely use an Upgrade, however the spa rooms are very clean and Peter is phenomenal and definitely will be back
