Absolute amazing from beginning to end. From the sweetest receptionist to the most amazing esthetician (Maria) the entire experience was comfortable relaxing as well as informative. Will be recommending. Their professionalism is outstanding. As well as the gentleman I spoke with after my treatment regarding other services they provide. Total side note as medical professionals there are things that catch my eye from entrance. I will say the cleanliness and organization of the facility was outstanding and immaculate. I personally take a huge interest in the cleanliness ….as it is obvious they do too. Thank you and will be returning next month ❤️

I came in for a Lift & Sculpt facial treatment and absolutely loved the experience! ✨ The spa itself is gorgeous, the service was warm and professional, and the products they use are truly top-notch. I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and already looking forward to my next visit!

It appears that if you are of African decent, they will make you wait and wait until you decide to leave, employing a not-so-subtle tactic of denying service to women of color. Upon arrival, I was immediately told my appointment was canceled because I did not confirm, despite that I showed proof I had confirmed. Then, while I waited 25 minutes—having arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment as instructed—the aesthetician, Maria, who was assigned to me, simply mulled around and never approached me to begin my appointment. When I told her and the receptionist that I had to cancel my appointment as I could not wait any longer, Maria simply smiled at me and waved goodbye. My experience there felt like overt discrimination at its best. Any woman who has even a modicum of social conscience might want to spend their money elsewhere, at one of the many fine salons in Westchester County.
