This is the best nail salon. They are so nice and thorough. I won't go anywhere else. Every time I've been they've got me in right away, but sometimes they are quite busy. Trust me, that's a good sign!

I went here on 10/30/2025 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2024, coming every 3–4 weeks for gel manicures and pedicures, always tipping generously. Unfortunately, this visit changed that. I booked a gel pedicure and regular gel manicure with a design in mind. The technician told me my nails were too fragile and suggested a UV gel full set instead, which I agreed to. But because of time, they said they couldn’t do the design — I completely understood, I decided to save my design and color choices for next time. When I asked the owner, Jay, for a dark cherry red color, he brought me a dark purple-wine shade instead. I immediately noticed it was much darker than what I requested but, not wanting to cause a scene, I agreed to try it. As the polish went on, it became clear it was not the color I wanted. I politely mentioned this, complimenting the technician’s shape and work, but saying I didn’t like the color. She dismissed my concern and insisted it “looked nice.” During my pedicure, I kept looking at my nails and feeling unhappy with how dark they were so I asked Jay if I could pay to change the color. Instead of helping, he told me the color was “in style” and said if I wanted to change it, I’d need to pay for a full new manicure, not just a color change. I was shocked, feeling dismissed and frustrated, I declined since I wasn’t asking for a full service again, only to have the gel color redone. While my mother-in-law was finishing her pedicure, some of the staff, including the nail tech, began talking loudly about me, calling me rude, dramatic, and a total jerk, is what the translator app stated — simply because I didn’t like the color. It was extremely unprofessional. My mother-in-law even asked to stop her service early because we both felt uncomfortable. When we went to leave after we paid, Jay called out my mother-in-law’s name — we assumed to apologize — but instead he said I hadn’t tipped and told her “she needs to come back and tip.” As well as “the ladies need the money” Completely inappropriate. As loyal regulars who have always tipped well and been respectful, we left feeling disrespected and disappointed. All I wanted was a color change. Instead, I left with nails I dislike and an experience that guaranteed we won’t return.

Left unsatisfied. Booked online for a gel x set. When I walked in I told them again that I needed a gel x set and they tried to apply a new gel color on top of my 5 weeks old actual gel x. When I told them that it was not what I wanted I was told that I was basically my fault because I should have booked my appointment on the phone. I end up asking them to just take off everything I had on and left. My pedicure was good. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience and i didn’t had any discount. Will not go back.

Went today for the 1st time because the reviews looked great. Very accommodating and will listen to what you want. My 4th of july nails came out great with the accepting of needing 2 nails refinished. Bringing my bridal party there before wedding in 3 weeks!

I always have a nice experience here. I’ve been coming here now for at least nine months. I always get gel builder manicures and over the last few months have incorporated designs - and then even more complicated designs, which Jay and all the staff are able to master ! I love the how long the manicures last - often up to three weeks - and how well my nails are taken care of. They never do anything to harm your nails even if you first suggest it. They will tell you if you’re wrong, which is great for a newbie to “nails” like me.
