Suffern Nail

I didn't have an appointment, just walked in (before noon) and Kathy took me right away. She was very transparent and explained every step along the way, took her time to make sure the nails are my desired length and shape and always checked in with me in between. The Pedicure was also very wonderful, I was sitting in a massage chair while my feet were treated. Felt like a whole spa day 🥰

First time coming and Johanna did my toes and I asked for a gel green tea pedicure and she is so detailed and her hands were like magic… Vicky did my nails and I asked for a full set and let me tell you she is quick and again she is detailed as well amazing work….. and I do have to say the owner Kathy is so welcoming and goes above and beyond for her customers…. Prices are great and customer service is on point and cleanliness is there as well. Highly recommend and will be returning in 3 weeks for my touch ups!

Absolutely my favorite nail spa in all of Suffern. The owner is so friendly and happy and you just feel welcomed. They do amazing nail designs and do a clean, neat job. They always give you a complimentary massage while you dry your nails which is a beautiful addition to your spa experience. They have options of scented scrubs and crams for your pedicure which I haven’t seen at any other spa. You really get your moneys worth here. The actual space may not be so pretty, but the service and work is far better than many other places I’ve been. I’m so happy I found this nail spa. Thank you for always doing a great job!

They were super sweet. The pedicure was amazing with a massage and hot stones. I don’t feel they did the greatest job with my manicure but I’m still happy with it.

I had one of the worst experiences at this salon. I came in for a gel manicure, expecting professional results, but left extremely disappointed. The application was rushed and sloppy — the polish was uneven, streaky, and already peeling at the edges by the next day. The technician didn’t shape my nails evenly, and some were filed so thin they started to split. I politely mentioned some of the issues during the appointment, but they brushed it off like it was normal. For the price I paid, this was unacceptable. I’ve had gel manicures last weeks from other places — this one didn’t even survive 48 hours. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality or customer care. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.
