2025-07-01I have been coming to Tropez for many years. Great place. I also have had pedicures done for past 3 yrs. Previous times, the pedicures were so relaxing, gentle, and done with care. I always look forward to them. For some reason when I went yesterday, the pedicure was rushed, fast, aggressive and rough. The lady was grabbing my legs fiercely and filing fast, scrubbing fast, etc. I was debating about sharing my experience with the front lady, figuring maybe the lady was having a bad day since she has done an amazing job on me in the past. But wanted to share my experience to give a heads up and I have called Tropez and left a message, but have not heard anything back. Basically, the whole situation leaves a sour note of such a pleasant place and time. Anyway, when all said there are cuts on my toes from the rough filing. Update: received a phone call and was wonderful customer service!! They refund me the money from the experience and they really tried to help me out with the situation. Very impressed with the care!

2025-07-13I was gifted the Pampered Body Spa Day and had Nancy take care of me. She was PHENOMENAL! I the Body Polish left me feeling so smooth and the Body Bliss was so relaxing and felt heavenly. Nancy really knows her stuff! One of the best spa experiences that I have had. Only thing I would recommend changing is the fruit and cheese plate. It was mostly grapes with a few cheese slices. Maybe have less grapes and a different fruit instead or more cheese to balance it out better. Not worth taking a star off, but just constructive feedback. Definitely recommend this package!

2025-10-04Everyone is always so pleasant, their space is calming, especially sitting in the quiet room with lemon cucumber water and my massage with Nancy was just perfect! I highly recommend!!

2025-06-03The 80-minute deep tissue massage with Argi was one of the best I've ever had. It was incredibly balanced, and the way she alternated sides multiple times while working on certain areas created a truly holistic experience. Highly recommend!
