Indigo Nail Spa

I’ve been seeing Bianca since January, and let’s just say….I’m not stopping anytime soon! I absolutely love this place. All the girls are so sweet, and the vibe is always welcoming. Ever since I started coming here, I’ve been completely obsessed with my nails!

I visited today for the first time. Amanda did my nails and she did a phenomenal job!! She nailed the inspo photo I provided and was super kind. I will 10000% be back!!!!! :)

Caitlyn did an amazing job with my structure gel manicure! It was the first time I have been here and I am extremely picky and she took her time and made sure that every single nail looked perfect. Well, worth the price and very clean. This is my new go to spot in the area!

I have never in my entire life wrote a negative review. I have also never in my life had a problem with my nails or gel x. Not only did my nails cost $100 (what on earth im in shock still) but these are NOTHING compared to a student who usually does my nails out of her bedroom. Under my nail is turning green, my nails were lifting after a week, and neither of those things are my fault. I have been taking amazing care of my nails for multiple years now, even my friends think im crazy over how important it is to me. Also I've never had nails lift after literally 1 week in my life. Im so beyond annoyed and I am never ever going back here. Respectfully, save your money and go somewhere better quality.

Positives first. The salon was clean, a very nice space and the group working was kind and professional. I would recommend the salon for any other service than a dip manicure. After leaving this review the owner has reached out to me to help resolve the issue which I am grateful for. Truly amazing customer service I am hoping that the issues with my dip manicure are partially because I have oily nails and or because of a weird fluke. I still wanted to talk about my experience. I went to get my nails done with some friends on a Tuesday. I explained that I struggle to have a manicure last more than a day- polishes chip or lit off in sheets within hours on my nails and that dip from other salons often lift up around my cuticle. And that I work in an industry where I am constantly washing my hands. The nail tech then said the dip would be perfect because it is essentially cement on my nails. Within 24 hours I had one chipped nail and one nail with a hairline crack. I got an appointment on Friday to fix those two nails, but at that point the 'cracked' nail had chipped half off, the one chip that previously existed had become worse and two other nails had chipped. I asked the nails just come right off, which was done. The nail tech continued to remark how they have never seen dip come off this easily, they have never seen this before, etc etc. I am very upset that at the end of the day I spent $50 for a manicure that lasted me 3 days. Of my friends that joined me as well, one of their dip manicures began to crack on day 4.
